I am 24 years old with a goal of losing weight, and becoming fit and healthy. I have decided to use this blog to track my progress.
I’ve now managed to run 5k for the first time! Still walking in between but it’s a start. Feel so much better while running, and much fitter.
Currently I’m 153.8lbs, 28.2% body fat.
I am trying to lose some weight. I don’t consider my self ‘fat’ but I am over the weight that I would like to be.
I’m mainly doing this to be fit and healthy, as I have a desk job where I am sitting all day long. I thought starting a blog might help me reach my goal!
When I first started trying to lose weight, I was 158lbs (11 stone). My goal weight is 126lbs (9 stone). I have been doing this for just over a month, and I am now 155lbs.
I’ve started running, and I am taking part in this years Race for Life 5k in May. (sponsor me?)
I’ve also started going to a Body Combat class with my sister once a week. I’ve been going for two weeks now and it is great fun, as well as exhausting.
